Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

- How to Return an Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. VBFashionslimited will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Cosmetics and underwear/swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Once we receive the item(s) back your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

You must return the item(s) within 7 days upon receiving your purchase. Please email vbfashionslimitedllc@gmail.com to request a refund and if possible we will assign you a tracking #.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

- Return Exceptions:

Some item(s) cannot be returned. Merchandise that has been mutilated/ altered, damaged, soiled, washed, worn or if tags are detached will not be accepted for return or exchange. Cosmetics and underwear/swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons.

- Restocking Fee:

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

- Exchanges:

Your clothing item(s) must be in new condition for an exchange of a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

- Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

H&M may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Shipping Policy

- Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

- Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

- Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

-Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. What information do we collect? We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
